1 1/2 ounce Absolut Citron
1/2 ounce Combier
1/4 ounce lime juice
1 ounce cranberry juice
Flamed orange peel ( garnish )

Shake all ingredients with ice.  Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.  Garnish with the flamed orange peel.
